Volume pricing
Pricing for property managers is quoted, not published. It is set by the size of the portfolio, the bedroom mix, and how many turnovers a month you send us. Tell us about the properties and we will come back with a rate sheet.

Scheduled off your iCal
Send us the iCal export for each property, from Airbnb, VRBO, or your PMS. Checkouts on that calendar become turnovers on our schedule, so new bookings and same-day flips reach us without anyone forwarding a text.

One invoice a month
Every property we clean for you rolls into one consolidated monthly invoice, itemized by property and turnover date, with any additional fees and supplies shown against the job they belong to. Easy to reconcile, easy to pass through to owner statements.

A record you can forward
Each turnover is documented with about 30 photos, a supply count, and a damage report with photos taken the way the booking sites need them for a claim. You get the record; whether it goes on to your owner is up to you.

Non-solicitation commitment

We will not solicit management business from owners whose properties we clean for you.
You should know up front that our parent company, STRatus Stays, manages short-term rentals in Houston. That is exactly why we're putting this in writing. When we clean a property for you, the owner is your client. We won't pitch them management, and we won't use the access, the contact details, or anything we learn on the job to try.
