Every turnover is worked from the same written checklist: beds stripped and remade, towels staged, bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, the kitchen reset, floors vacuumed and mopped, and surfaces wiped. Inside the fridge, laundry and folding, dishes done, trash taken to the street, supplies counted, and supply closet kept in order are all part of every clean at no extra cost. It ends with about 30 photos and a damage report.

The base price per turnover is set by bedroom count: $145 for 1 to 3 bedrooms, $165 for 4 bedrooms, $185 for 5+ bedrooms. Each bed beyond the bedroom count adds $15, each square footage band from 2,500 adds $15, and each bathroom beyond 3 adds $10 ($5 for a half bath). Extras are priced up front.

Pick the size of the place and any extras, and the estimate updates as you go. When you send it, you continue to a secure Stripe page to save a card or bank account. Saving it does not charge anything; you are charged after the service is completed.

Yes. When a checkout and the next check-in fall on the same day, add same day turnaround (+$15) to the quote and tell us both times. We plan the clean into the gap between guests.

About 30 photos from every turnover, room by room: inside the fridge and microwave, under the beds and sofa, and the supply stock on the shelf. Most cleaners send a handful of wide shots, if you ask.

Guest and cleaning supplies are billed at cost plus the payment processing fee, with no markup. Every turnover ends with a supply count, and anything below the level you set is restocked and logged to the job.

Damage and missing items are photographed and reported to you before the next guest checks in. If a stay leaves more than a standard turnover, such as post-party cleanup or bodily fluids, the excessive mess extra ($85) covers it.

Book at least 24 hours ahead. The time we give you is an arrival window, not a guaranteed start time, and we set it around your checkout and check-in.
