How we clean
The same turnover, every time.
Our cleaners only do short-term rental turnovers. Every job is worked from one checklist, ends with a supply count, and anything damaged or missing goes to the owner with photos.
The checklist
Room by room, on every turnover.
Entry
First thing the guest sees.
- Door, handle, and lock area wiped
- Entry floor swept and mopped
- Exterior light and doorbell checked
Living areas
Reset to match the listing photos.
- Sofa and cushions reset, under the sofa checked
- Surfaces dusted, TV and remotes wiped
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Decor and furniture returned to listing layout
Kitchen
Inside the appliances, not just around them.
- Counters, sink, and drain cleaned
- Inside the fridge and microwave wiped out
- Stovetop and oven cleaned
- Dishes done and put away, dishwasher emptied
- Coffee station reset
Bedrooms
Every bed, every time.
- Beds stripped and remade with fresh linens
- Under the beds checked
- Nightstands, closets, and drawers reset
- Hangers counted
Bathrooms
Sanitized, then staged.
- Toilet, shower, and tub sanitized
- Mirror and vanity cleaned
- Towels replaced and staged
- Toiletries restocked
Laundry & outdoor
The spaces cleaners usually skip.
- Laundry area reset
- Patio and outdoor furniture wiped
- Trash and recycling taken out
Supplies
Counted against par. Restocked before the next guest.
You set a par level for each supply. Every turnover, the cleaner counts what's left, restocks anything below par, and logs what was added to that job. The supply closet is photographed too, so you can check the shelf yourself.
Guest and cleaning supplies are billed at cost plus the payment processing fee, with no markup.
| Item | Par | Found | Added |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toilet paper | 12 | 5 | +7 |
| Paper towels | 4 | 2 | +2 |
| Hand soap | 3 | 3 | 0 |
| Dish soap | 1 | 0 | +1 |
| Shampoo & conditioner | 4 | 1 | +3 |
| Coffee pods | 20 | 6 | +14 |
| Trash bags | 15 | 9 | +6 |
Par is the stock level set for your property. Anything below it is restocked before the next check-in.
Damage & missing items
If something's wrong, the owner hears it from us first.
- 01
Spotted on the walkthrough
Anything broken, stained, or missing is checked against the property’s inventory during the clean.
- 02
Photographed where it is
Damage is photographed in place, the way Airbnb, VRBO, and the other booking sites need it to approve a claim.
- 03
Logged to the job
Each issue is noted on the turnover record next to the photos, with what was missing or what needs repair.
- 04
Sent to the owner
The owner gets the report with the turnover, before the next guest checks in.
Every item on this list is in the base price. See what a turnover costs, with extras like same day turnaround priced up front, or read the turnover cleaning FAQ.
